Rm 1: The Christley Room

The Christley Room is named after one of the original families that built and lived in the farmhouse back in 1844. This spacious first-floor room includes a large wooden framed bed, adorned with rot iron and a new 14" memory foam queen mattress, 100% cotton linens equipped with extra pillows. The room also includes a smart TV, restored gas fireplace, private shower and toilet with a loveseat, and sitting area set on hardwood chestnut flooring. Directly outside this front-of-the-house bedroom, there is easy access to the front door and porch facing Centerville Pike Rd.  

As our lodging guest, you have access to all shared areas: sunroom, brick patio deck with propane fire pit, sun umbrellas shading spacious patio, quiet living room with gas fireplace, and front porch sitting area and open grounds.

A twin-size memory foam roll-away bed is available upon request for an additional charge.

Absolutely adorable! Every room has its own character and charm. It is a unique place that will appeal to everyone. Breakfast was just right and of course you get a nice portion of Apple Butter. Easy to get to and close to the University and the local golf course. Seems it could accommodate a large party if you’re looking for a private party..
