The Phillips room is one of 3 bedrooms that includes 2 new 14” memory foam mattresses, a smart TV, extra pillows, a private shower and toilet, a seating area, and a writing desk with an easy-to-use heating & a/c unit. Located on the second floor overlooking the front outdoor patio and our backyard/parking area.
As our lodging guest, you have access to all shared areas: sunroom, brick patio deck with propane fire pit, sun umbrellas shading spacious patio, quiet living room with gas fireplace, and front porch sitting area and open grounds.
A twin-size memory foam rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional charge.
